Trust

Insurance and compliance.

Luxury-retail and corporate clients ask the same questions before they let a cleaning team through the door after hours. Here are our answers — in full, and in writing.

What we hold

Full insurance cover.

Public liability and workers’ compensation are in place, with certificates of currency available to any client on request.

Tender-audited.

We have passed the compliance audit on every tender we have entered. The paperwork holds up to scrutiny.

Vetted, inducted teams.

Cleaners are reference-checked and inducted before they are placed, and briefed on each site before the first clean.

Secure after-hours access.

Key handling, alarm protocols, and access logs built for stores that hold high-value stock.

Certification

We are working towards ISO certification and an EcoVadis sustainability rating. Both are in progress, and we will publish them here as they are awarded.

We would rather tell you exactly where we stand than imply a credential we do not yet hold. That is the same transparency we bring to every site we clean.
